This policy explains what data FFUNK collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of FFUNK at ffunk.com.
Data we collect
Account data: your email address and authentication details when you sign up.
Billing data: we use Stripe to process payments. Stripe handles your card details; we do not store full card numbers. We keep a customer and subscription reference, plan, and status.
Usage data: your credit balance, downloads, and favorites, so the service works and your library stays in sync.
Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address and request metadata, used for security and reliability.
How we use your data
To provide and secure the service, process payments and grant credits, sync your library, respond to support requests, comply with legal obligations, and improve FFUNK. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service and billing), for our legitimate interests (security and improvement), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required.
Service providers we share with
We share data with processors that run FFUNK on our behalf: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (file storage and delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data under its own agreement and only to provide its service.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use them for third party advertising.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase your profile and associated records. We may retain limited billing records where required by law.
Your rights
You can access, export, and delete your data at any time from your account page. Depending on your location you may also have rights to correct or restrict processing, or to object. To exercise any right, use your account page or email us. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Children
FFUNK is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
