Terms of Service

1. The service

FFUNK lets you browse and preview a catalog of original MIDI files and download them by spending credits. Credits are included with a paid membership. We are an in house label, not a marketplace for third party sellers, and all content is produced by or for FFUNK.

2. Accounts

You need an account to download. You must provide an accurate email address, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use FFUNK.

3. Memberships, trials, and billing

Paid memberships are offered on monthly and annual billing. New memberships may include a 7 day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership converts to a paid plan automatically and your payment method is charged.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period. Except where required by law, payments are non refundable.

We may change plan prices. If we do, we will give you advance notice and the new price will apply from your next billing period.

4. Credits

An active membership grants a set number of credits each month. Credits are spent when you download files. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money. We may adjust credit costs for categories of content with reasonable notice.

5. License to content

Subject to these Terms and an active membership in good standing, FFUNK grants you a worldwide, non exclusive license to use downloaded MIDI files in your own music productions, including commercial releases. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the MIDI files themselves, or make them available as part of a competing sample or MIDI library.

FFUNK retains all ownership of the catalog and the underlying MIDI content. Files obtained before a membership ends remain licensed for use in your productions.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to bypass the download or payment controls, scraping the catalog, sharing account access, or using automated means to download at scale. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Termination

You may stop using FFUNK at any time and delete your account from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your license to download new content ends.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FFUNK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
